The University of Macau (UM) and Zhejiang University (ZJU) jointly organised a two-day summer camp. A delegation from the School of Philosophy of ZJU visited Macao on 3 July and 4 July 2023 to gain a deeper understanding of the education model and learning experiences at UM. Under the guidance from UM Rector Yonghua Song, the summer camp was planned and designed by Wang Qingjie, associate dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FAH) at UM; Yang Liu, college master of Ma Man Kei and Lo Pak Sam College (MLC) at UM; and Wang Jun, executive associate dean of the School of Philosophy at ZJU. Zhang Ying, professor in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at UM, and her postgraduate students, Chiang Hio Fai and Wang Fen, shared their diverse perspectives and academic pursuits in the field of philosophy during the presentation session. The summer camp is an important part of ZJU’s international education programme, as well as MLC’s ‘Global Integration and Humanities’ programme.
